For the past few months, I've been asking many people how they feel about their job and I've received different answers. It's either "Yes I Do", "No I don't", "It's oookkkk i guess", just to name a few. The one question I asked which I found people's answers to be the most common was... "Would you say you are getting paid what you're worth?"

Your 365 Page Life Book
For 2015, what do the first 5 pages in your 365 page life book look like so far?
Is it starting off the same as 2014? or is it just blank?
Is it starting off the same as 2014? or is it just blank?
Here's the thing, it's not too late to start. Start by deciding to make changes and begin to write them down. Beware of complacency. Remember, there are two types of "Time Wasters". The Urgent and The Pleasurable.

"I'm Really Too Busy..." - It's A Trap!! In 2015, Don't Get Caught
How many times have you said yourself or heard someone say “Where did the time go?”. If you think about it, the question is pretty funny. It’s funny because time doesn’t skip. There are still 24hrs in each day, however, times does move by quickly. The problem is, we don’t maximize those hours by working “smarter” or taking care of those things which have the most importance in our lives first. We get distracted.
As I look back at my life, I saw how I fell into that distraction category. How I allowed other things to take priority over what’s really important in my life and for my life. I thank God as I got older, I was able to make a change sooner than later.
As I look over 2014, it feels great to know I’ve been able to help others make a change for their future but they’re still many others who haven’t grasp the importance of making these changes now. The most common response is “ I’m really too busy”. It’s a shocking response especially when the topic at hand is of major importance and value. So what is being “ Too busy”

Associations And Their Influence On Us
If you were to evaluate the major influences in your life how have they shaped the kind of person you are now?
The influence of those around us is so powerful! Many times we don't even realize we're being strongly affected because influences generally develop over an extended period of time.
There are many ways a person can influence us, but one of the most powerful ways is Peer Pressure. Peer pressure is an especially powerful force because it is so subtle. If you're around people who spend all they make, chances are excellent that you might spend all you make. If you are around people who don't read, chances are excellent that you might not read. People can keep nudging us off course a little at a time until finally, we find ourselves

Part 2 - Healthy Business Relationships... It's Hard To Find A Rich Hermit!!
As I've stepped into the arena of being an entrepreneur/Business owner, I'm continuing to learn how important are certain aspects of healthy business relationships and functionality.
I'm blessed to have mentors around me, who are successful business owners themselves. Continuing to challenge my way of thinking, enabling me to grow and develop a mindset which is conducive to success.

Healthy Business Relationships... It's Hard To Find A Rich Hermit!!

It's been an interesting journey. From school (primary to university), to Job, to Entrepreneur. Throughout every stage, I've built some form of relationship with people. I've learnt and still continue to learn more about developing healthy relationships and understanding how to keep them going. I recognized, especially in business or in the workplace, I can't succeed by myself. As I run my business, this understanding gets even clearer to me.
Couple years ago, I remembered learning about business relationships from none other than the late, Jim Rohn. I remembered him saying that many people do not understand how important relationships are in business. It's hard to find a rich hermit..

Greatest Gift You Will Ever Receive
LIFE!! What a precious gift God has given to us. A gift that unfortunately many people take for granted.
Sometimes we get caught up with all our activities during the day. Work, going to meetings, going to the gym, going for groceries... might relate to some of your routines huh? Yeah, happens to me at times too. Then something always happens to get me back on track. Here's what happened this time.

From "Man and Employee" to "Businessman, Entrepreneur and Mentor"..... The New Me!!
It's been said and heard numerous of times and I say it a lot to people I speak to also. You've probably read it before on my blog as well. I'm talking about this, CHANGE. "Change happens the moment you decide it in your mind and when you take action". For me, I wanted to make a change, however, like the way most of us feel sometimes, I just didn't know what to do. Have you ever felt like that before?
Well, I remember a couple years ago, my mentor at the time said to me, "Tremayne, you need to examine yourself and figure out what are some of the things you like to do, then when you do, figure out what are some goals you would like to achieve. "

Final Principle Of True Performance by Zig Ziglar - Happiness, joy, and gratitude
Happiness, joy, and gratitude are universal if we know what to look for. I believe you can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. All people want happiness and joy in their life, but you have to know what produces real happiness and how to do the things that produce it. The moment you begin to worry about the things you want and the things you don’t have in life is the moment you will lose your gratitude for what you actually have.

Never Make A Promise Without A Plan
Principles Of True Performance #4
A Fantastic Day / Night To All ,
We're in June!! Hopefully everyone is having great weather and enjoying the bright sunshine outside. It's been busy the past few days, connecting with people, educating them and helping them plan a path to achieving their dreams.
This brings me to #4 on Principles of True Performance by Zig Ziglar. I’ve found alot of people have goals or dreams or had goals and dreams but they have either never done anything to go after it or they just didn’t know how to go after it. Some may hear an encouraging word that motivates them, but the next day, the momentum begins to slow down. Why? A goal without a plan is simply just a wish. Never make a promise without a plan.

Principles of True Performance #2
A Blessed Day to Everyone,
Continuing on with Principles of True Performance #2, the word today is TRAINING. The difference between good and excellent companies is training. The only thing worse than training employees and losing them is to not train them and keep them!

Principles of True Performance #1
I was reading some information on Performance and I found this information to be very interesting. In my next few posts, I will be sharing Five Principles on True Performance that I received from one of my mentors, the late Zig Ziglar. These principles will help bring success and what it takes to be successful into sharp focus. I'll start with the first principle:

Want To Be Successful? Do You Really??
To All The Different Time Zones,
GOOD MORNING, GOOD EVENING AND GOOD NIGHT!!!
Sometimes I wonder why some people don't really do the things they should be doing to achieve what they really want to achieve. A lot of people want to achieve success but they are not willing or they are too afraid to make the necessary steps to achieve it. In one of my previous posts, I wrote on the importance of personal development and I mentioned that personal development requires education and learning. Below is a piece from that post which spoke on the importance of learning to achieve success.

"Happiness is not pleasure. It is victory." -- Zig Ziglar
There's much truth in the above statement. Happiness, it is safe to assume, is something everybody wants to have. It's true that other people can give you pleasure, but you will never be happy until you do things for other people. Nothing brings us more joy and happiness than doing things for others which increases their enjoyment of life. Incidentally, happiness is not something you can buy with money, though it is true that an adequate amount of money helps us to eliminate some of the things which produce discomfort.
