There's much truth in the above statement. Happiness, it is safe to assume, is something everybody wants to have.  It's true that other people can give you pleasure, but you will never be happy until you do things for other people.  Nothing brings us more joy and happiness than doing things for others which increases their enjoyment of life. Incidentally, happiness is not something you can buy with money, though it is true that an adequate amount of money helps us to eliminate some of the things which produce discomfort.

The Problem With Lagging On Opportunities

Being at the right place, at the right time is not enough...you have to decide and act before that small window of opportunity closes on you...

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook invited 5 people to his Harvard dorm room 9 years ago to discuss a business opportunity. Only 2 people showed up and they got in.

Learning- One Of The Foundations For A Successful Life

One of the basics or fundamentals to becoming more, to having more and to doing more is personal development. Personal development requires education and learning. It is about having a Celebration; creating your own unique, only-you-deserve-it-because-you-did-it, one-of-a-kind celebration!

Two Scriptures emphasize this: 

Proverbs 1:5 - Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance,

Proverbs 18:15 - An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.

Do You Really Think You Are Ready To Retire? Are You Even Close?

1)How often do you see a financial advisor?
2)When was the last time you had a financial review done?
3)How important is financial security to you? 
4)Are you on track to retire comfortably or would you have to work longer than you anticipated?
5)What do you expect will be your primary source of income in retirement?

There are many more questions to be asked, but alot of the wrong answers. This is why I've committed myself to helping people in these areas. Look at this information I gathered below.

It's such a blessing to know I am helping people on the path to achieving their goals. Ever evaluated the people around you? Ask yourselves these questions:

"Who am I around?"
How are they influencing me? negatively and positively?
What do they have me thinking?
How have they got me talking?
How have they got me feeling?
Is that okay?

Why VISION?

You must have Vision in order to have a successful lifestyle.  As illustrated above, Vision is the center of it all.  Vision ties in with faith.  Seeing it before you see it.

Close your eyes and take a minute to imagine or dream about something you really realllyyyyy like or would like to do.

Are you finding it a bit difficult to imagine? Why?
Maybe you don't know what to dream about. Maybe the dreams you used to have are no longer a dream or goal anymore. Maybe there are too many things going on in your mind that you can't really zero in on one thing or maybe you simply just can't include another thought.

God created us in such a unique and powerful way, that He wants us to understand and recognize the importance and power of our minds.

Afraid Of Making A Change?

What do you plan to do this coming weekend? Will it be the same as you did the previous weekend? 

I've found that some people complain about their life, but they have no intention of changing it. I remember Zig Ziglar mentioned this and I found it sad but true. He said " Many people spend more time planning a two week vacation than they do planning their life." If you want to see a change, then you have to make the change.

Security vs. Opportunity

Change you thinking from security thoughts to opportunity thoughts. You don’t achieve financial freedom by playing it safe. You become financially independent by leading the field. This doesn’t mean that you risk your money or throw it around.
